1. Who we are and when these terms apply

Shishazone is operated by SHISHAZONE Tobacco Trade and Smoking Supplies L.L.C. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Shishazone”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to use of this storefront and purchases made through it. Keep a copy of the terms, product description and order confirmation that apply to your purchase.

2. Eligibility and permitted products

This storefront is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and provide accurate contact and delivery information. The age-confirmation screen records your declaration; it does not replace any identity check required by law.

Online ordering is limited to products offered through the online checkout. Tobacco and other restricted consumables are excluded from online sale. For the physical store’s age-verification and retail information, see store information. Phone and WhatsApp contact links do not create a separate ordering route for restricted products.

3. Product information and prices

Check the selected variant, measurements, compatibility, materials and included components before ordering. Images may show accessories that are not included; the product’s contents description identifies what you are buying. Screen colours can vary, but this does not excuse a material difference from the agreed description.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED), unless another currency is expressly identified. Review the item price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts and total before authorising payment. We will not add an undisclosed charge or substitute an item without your agreement.

4. Orders and payment

An automatic order-receipt message acknowledges your request. Acceptance is confirmed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch it. We must still honour any contract formed earlier under applicable law. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout; authorisation or a pending card entry is not proof of dispatch.

If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is found or an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. Any replacement, revised price or delivery arrangement requires your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will return the amount collected for the unfulfilled purchase, without limiting any further legal remedy.

5. Delivery, cancellations and returns

The shipping policy and returns & refunds policy form part of these terms. The delivery option and estimate agreed for your order apply. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; we will check whether fulfilment can be stopped.

Our administrative process, packaging requests or voluntary return conditions do not remove your rights concerning defective, damaged, incomplete, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

6. Safe use and warranties

Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, care and safety instructions. Keep hot components away from children and combustible materials. Do not use a damaged item; contact us if a product appears unsafe. A stated manufacturer warranty adds to the rights you have against the seller under applicable law.

7. Accounts and use of the website

Keep sign-in codes and account access private, and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code or misuse another customer’s data. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary, without taking away rights relating to a valid purchase.

8. Content and external services

Our original content and design, and the names and marks of their respective owners, are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view the website and retain information needed for a purchase or legal claim. Other reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.

Checkout, sign-in, WhatsApp and map links can open separate services. Their relevant terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Shishazone remains responsible for its own obligations as the seller.

9. Privacy

The privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Reading these terms, confirming your age or buying an item is not consent to optional marketing.

10. Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing here excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights to repair, replacement, refund and compensation. We do not require you to waive statutory rights, accept store credit instead of a legally due refund, or pursue the manufacturer instead of the seller.

11. Applicable law and complaints

The applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these terms, together with any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts or consumer authorities as provided by law.

Contact us with your order reference, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism Consumer Protection or the competent UAE authority. The UAE Government consumer protection page lists official complaint channels. You do not have to give up any legal right to use our support process.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use and orders, showing the revision date above. An update does not retrospectively change an accepted order without your agreement or where a change is required by law. If a clause cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
