Will an accessory fit my shisha?
Check the product dimensions, connections and included parts. If you are unsure, contact us with your shisha model and the accessory name before buying.
Do I need an account?
Where online checkout is available, you can continue as a guest. An account lets you access your order history and saved items. Account sign-in uses Shopify’s hosted sign-in service.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
In Dubai, order before 12 noon for delivery the same afternoon; orders from 12 noon arrive by the next morning at the latest. Orders to other UAE emirates arrive the next day. Delivery runs every day, and the cutoff uses Dubai time (UTC+4). Check the charge and available delivery option for your address at checkout. See delivery & returns and the shipping policy.
Can I return an item?
Faulty, damaged, incomplete or misdescribed goods may qualify for a statutory remedy. A voluntary change-of-mind return is a separate arrangement. See returns & refunds for both.
