Delivery in Dubai
Orders placed before 12 noon arrive the same afternoon. Orders placed from 12 noon arrive by the next morning at the latest. Delivery runs every day; all times are Dubai time (UTC+4).
Delivery to other UAE emirates
Orders to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and the other UAE emirates arrive the next day. Delivery runs every day. This next-day service applies within the UAE.

Check the delivery options, address eligibility, charge and delivery estimate shown for your order before paying. If these details are unavailable or unclear, contact the store before ordering. A store address or an item in the catalogue does not by itself confirm a delivery service.

Change or cancel an order
Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. We will check its fulfilment status and explain whether it can be changed or stopped. Dispatch may limit the changes we can make; your rights for faulty goods or a failure to deliver remain protected.

Keep the item and any packaging, stop using an item that may be unsafe, and contact us. Photos and a receipt or order confirmation help us investigate. We do not make an unboxing video a condition of a valid claim.
